Why do some people develop mental health issues, while others facing same type of situations or problems don't? Why some people are more vulnerable to mental health diseases and others are not? Why some are mentally strong but others are more likely to develop a depression, anxiety and other mental health disorders? Figuring out the exact reason for all such questions still continues to be one of the most difficult task for mental health experts. 1- INTROVERTS

introvert personality type includes the people who feel more comfortable spending time alone, they focus on their inner thoughts and ideas rather than what's happening outside, these personality type drains energy while too much socializing thus they require alone time to recharge themself. Although they are generally very focused and talented due to which their is a long list of successful artists, directors, scientists and sports person who are introverts and by taking introversion as a god gift they gained success in their life, but according to mental health experts talking and expressing their feelings less and spending alone time in overthinking introverts are more vulnerable to mental illness. The most common mental health issues found in introverts are Social anxiety, Panic attacks and Depression.

The reason is simple, introverts have touch with very few people, they feel it quite hard to express themselves and mostly keep most of the things inside their heart. Thus, at times while facing any problem or situation they find it very hard to seek help from their friends, colleagues, relatives and even parents also, they stay under heavy stress which makes them prone to depression. Also, some introverts develop social anxiety disorder due to staying alone under home for a long time. According to mental health experts it is even tuff for them also to diagnose and treat depression as most of the time they come very late and due to less socializing, overthinking, already slowed behavior they need more counselling and attention from the doctors also.

2- PERFECTIONISTS

perfectionists include those people who always wish to be perfect in each thing, they don't want any flaw in their any work. These personality types never slow down themself and do hard work which is a very good thing for career and other works. But due to this reason they often exhaust themselves very badly as they never take a break to relax themselves. In the hunger of becoming flawless and having high expectations of themselves always these personality type can develop diseases like Anxiety and Depression.

In fact we came across many people in our life who have a habit of doing and achieving 100% always even little mistakes worry them. This may be seen as a good habit but mental health researches prove that overload, stress and no relaxing of mind can also be dangerous for mental health in a long run.

3- DAY DREAMERS

this personality type includes people who do their own things and keep to themselves, they are independent free thinkers who prefers to keep developing thoughts or stories in their mind. These people are deeply emotional with a vivid imagination, their inner world is always where they feel like home. People fall under such personality type are generally great at writing field, invention, mathematics, painting, physics, etc. 

Although Day Dreamers are often appreciated for being creative and due to this gift they are also recognized as being skillful or talented but due to being busy in creative thoughts they sometimes don't find balance in their gift and emotional stability due to which they are also vulnerable to mental health disorders. The most commonly found mental health disorders under Day Dreamers are Bipolar Disorder, Depression and Schizophrenia.

4- WORRY WARTS

people fall under this personality type have a habit of worrying for some reason always such as worrying about any future course of action, thinking too much even when someone is late, trying to work out on even minor details to avoid any conflicts, etc. This personality type live in a constant stress and always thinks something wrong is about to happen, thus they don't even enjoy those moments when all is well in their life.

Although people who worry protects and alert them to dangers in future, worry even acts as motivation for people to try and avoid bad situations by finding solutions to the problems, also people who worry will are likelier than people who don't to plan ways to circumvent difficult issues but due to continuous worrying thoughts this personality type are very much prone to several mental health disorders. The most common mental health disorders found in Worry Warts are Paranoia, Anxiety and Panic attacks.


TIPS TO BALANCE THE MENTAL HEALTH


Personality type is not our choice it is a god gifted thing and each personality have its own pros and cons, thus no personality can be said good or bad. However, when it comes to mental health some personalities need to pay more attention then others. However, that's not a very big deal, by paying attention to few things in your life you can better adjust and lead a healthy life. So let's have a look at following tips for each personality through which they can avoid mental health disorders:-

1- FOR INTROVERTS

if you are a introvert it is obvious that you need some alone time to recharge yourself, by spending more time in large crowds you can drain your mental energy and so it can also effect your mind as well, but at the same time you need to understand that at times when you feel low then you must be in touch of some people from whom you can share your feelings. You need to be expressive sometimes and avoid overthinking (specially negative thoughts) in alone time, rather you can enjoy nature, have fun with any animal or read good books.

To avoid problems such as social anxiety you need to engage in a daily activity through which you can go outside and communicate with people, if you are a student or working person then it is good but incase you are jobless or a homemaker then also their must be some way through which you can go outside and talk with people.

2- FOR PERFECTIONISTS

if your personality type falls under this category then you need some time to sit and relax yourself, in fact you need to check your stress levels and when your body is feeling too much exhausted. Sometimes things don't go perfectly, in such cases you need to adjust or compromise with your expectations and try to relax more at such time.

if you belong to this personality type then firstly you must try to ignore your thoughts haunting you every time and try to relax or enjoy your current moment, you need to keep yourself busy rather than sitting idle and do avoid overthinking as most of your thoughts when you overthink are negative. Reading good books, gardening, meditating and engaging in spiritual activities are some things which can save you from worrying always and thinking negative.

However, incase situation is out of control and self help is also not working, then you need to seek medical help in which many things such as cognitive behavioral therapies are given which will help you to reduce thinking about catastrophic possibilities always.

However, it is not necessary that all people belonging to such personality types will suffer, there are many examples of successful people around the world who belong to such personality types but due to focusing and paying attention they overcome their weaknesses and reserved their gifts.

All personality types discussed above have their own strong sides as well. Like Introverts are very focused and talented they don't waste time and energy on foolish things but reserve it for better purpose, their is a long list of successful people in almost every field who are introverts but they make the best use of their own talents. Being a Perfectionist on the other hand is great as this personality type leave no stone unturned to fulfill their work, in fact such people are greatly benefitted in their career. While Day Dreamers are very creative and talented people who can excel in the fields of writing, inventing, painting, science, etc. Last but not the least the Worry Warts personality type are attentive for future and thus have a better solution for the problems.

Therefore, if you belong to any of the personality type discussed above, then you should not feel inferior but try to control your weak sides, pay attention to your mental health and incase the symptoms get worse without delaying talk to the doctor at an early stage.
